Hot Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients
3 tsp fresh parsley
8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp Worcestershire
1/2 tsp chili powder (to taste)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 (5 oz) container blue cheese crumbles
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Add the parsley to a food processor and pulse to chop. Remove some of the parsley and set aside for garnish. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the blue cheese, to the food processor. Puree until creamy and thoroughly combined.
- Add the blue cheese to the processor. Reserve one tablespoon of crumbles for garnish. Pulse to combine and spoon the dip into a small baking dish. Top with the reserved parsley and blue cheese crumbles. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly. Serve with potato or tortilla chips.
